Chantea M. Williams is a chef, author, speaker and teen mom mentor. She is also the ministry leader of Greater Working Women Ministries, which started out as email devotionals to women she knew and wanted to encourage. Their mission is to Encourage, Empower & Equip Women for Greater. They are currently working on their teen mom mentoring program that is due to launch later this year. She is authored 7 books, including the I Am Still Somebody™ book series for teen mothers. As a former teen mother, Chantea understands the challenges they face and seeks to help them overcome the statistics of teen mothers so that they can be successful in life. She is the owner of Esana’s Delights Bakery & Catering Co. She specializes in pastry & desserts, small event catering & private chef services. She also speaks to children and youth about the important aspects of Culinary Arts. She will be presenting on Cooking & Meal Planning.
Clarissa Joi will be presented on Entrepreneurship! Clarissa is a motivational speaker, business coach, and vision strategist! She challenges viewers to through “peeling back the onion” of their personal and professional lives during her daily broadcasts, Monday through Friday, on Periscope at 8:30 am CT. Clarissa Joi is also the author of “Want Your Own Business, While You Work?” where she provides 5 power-packed steps to become a successful “corpreneur”… a term she coined for those who work for a corporation or business, but are also entrepreneurs. Clarissa Joi fervently proclaims her mission to PROPEL others to EXCEL. And so, she created the 60-day online course, “iExcel In Life”, which provides instruction, motivation, and accountability for entrepreneurs. In addition to these endeavors, Clarissa Joi is a servant of Christ, mother, and corporate leader at a Fortune 500 company.

Lakeisha S. Powe will be presenting on Parenting Skills! Lakeisha is an anointed speaker and author who inspires people of all walks of life to renew their minds and transform lives in Jesus Christ. Lakeisha has earned a diploma in Urban Church Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and is pursuing a master’s degree in Urban Ministry Leadership. She is a devoted wife of over 19 years as well as a proud mother of 5 wonderful children. Lakeisha and her family currently reside in Brockton, MA.
Joshua will be presenting on Mental Health. He is a multifaceted individual who is gifted in many areas as an author, speaker, pastor, life coach, mental health therapist and Christian counselor who specializes in emotional health, depression, anxiety and trauma. His purpose is to help others find their purpose and maximize their full potential.
Joshua holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in professional counseling, is a certified pastoral counselor, and currently works as a certified mental health therapist in the state of Mississippi with over seven years of experience in the field. Joshua is currently pursuing a doctorate of ministry degree.
He is also the CEO of J. P. Smith Enterprises, which is the parent company of a host of other businesses, products and professional services including the Dream Again Mentorship Institute, an avenue he uses to coach, train and mentor dreamers and visionaries. Joshua is also the founder of the Soul Healing Initiative, a forum focused on emotional healing, health and stability, psychoeducation, advocacy and mental health awareness through events such as “A Night of Soul Healing”.
Joshua is the founder and president of Joshua Smith Ministries, Inc. and has been active in ministry for over 18 years. Joshua is also the founder and lead pastor of House of Healing Christian Assembly, a non-denominational church founded in 2016 in Gulfport, Mississippi. Even in his ministry, he often speaks from a psycho-theological perspective in order to bring complete healing and wholeness to the hearer in all areas (body, soul and spirit) while helping people find purpose and navigate through crises and difficult times.
He has previously been featured on popular religious networks including The Word Network, Preach the Word Worldwide Network, Radio 1000, The Impact Radio Network and a host of other radio and television programs.
Joshua is also the acclaimed author of “Dream Again: The Journey Toward Destiny” and “Encourage Yourself” and is a formally educated and credentialed life coach, noted for his ability to help thrust individuals out of the ordinary and familiar, and into their destiny, purpose and potential. This skill has earned him the title, “The Dream Coach” in many coaching settings.
Charlesetta Willis (Charley) is a wife, mother, nurse, and aspiring entrepreneur and author, whom empowers sisterhood. Her life experiences have led her to strive further in moving herself and others toward their truths based on the word of God. Her works are through motivating, mentoring, coaching, and counseling. As an ordained minister, in her local church, she is the leader in the ministry of helps as well as the marriage ministry along with her husband. She has been working in the healthcare industry for over 25 years in a vast of therapeutic areas. Her nursing career involves healthcare management, pharmaceutical research, allied healthcare speaking, consulting, as well as research publications. She employs a holistic view of a health model, which includes aspects of one’s spiritual, mental, and physical well-being.
Charley Willis is the Co-Founder of First Focus Faith, along with her husband. The organization assists premarital, newly married, and or seasoned couples in, “Making God the Priority in their Marriage, while enhancing the family and individual!” She is also the Vice-President of Speak the Truth, a sisterhood organization that breeds a safe environment for free expression, acceptance, and unconditional love.
Her educational pathway consists of a Bachelor’s in Science Nursing Degree, Masters of Healthcare Management, Masters in Christian Counseling (candidate 2017) and currently pursuing a PHD in Psychology studies.

Jaronda Williams was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She attended Marquette High School where she served as Senior Class President, ran Cross Country and Track & Field, managed the Women’s JV and Varsity Basketball teams, and participated in a number of other after school activities. She graduated in 2009 and was able to travel to Stuttgart Germany with other students in the St. Louis area for a Youth Festival. She was recognized by the St. Louis Metro Sentinel Journal at their Salute to Minority High School Graduates for her stellar accomplishments and leadership skills in and out of the classroom. In the fall of 2009, Jaronda started college at Truman State University where she earned her Bachelors of Art in Political Science and a minor in Psychology in 2013. She was the first of her mother’s six children to graduate with her Bachelors. After graduation, she started working at Truman as the primary Admissions Counselor for Multicultural Recruitment in the St. Louis area. She coordinated group trips to the University, visited high schools, met with families, and organized their summer Orientation for first-year students. Jaronda now attends the University of Kentucky. In May 2017, she will have her Masters in Public Administration with the hope of serving her community as an elected official!
